Rich Horwath

Rich Horwath is the founder and CEO of the Strategic Thinking Institute, where he works with leadership teams as a strategy workshop facilitator, strategic executive coach, and keynote speaker. Horwath specializes in strategic thinking, business strategy, and executive leadership development, helping executive teams set direction, create competitive advantage, and achieve organizational goals.

Horwath's background includes experience as a chief strategy officer and as a professor of strategy at the graduate level. He has taught management at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and holds an MBA with Distinction from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University. He has completed postgraduate coursework in strategy at University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.
