After an accomplished career as a federal prosecutor and partner in charge of the Employment practice at a top-rated law firm, Paxton became a thought leader on workplace issues. Among her many experiences as a workplace and legal advisor, Paxton was appointed outside investigative counsel to the New York Governor’s Office and Chairperson of the Employment Section of the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
