Greg McKeown writes, teaches and speaks around the world on the importance of living and leading as an essentialist.

McKeown is an active social innovator. He serves as a Young Global Leader for the World Economic Forum; as a guest speaker (NetImpact, Kauffman Fellows); a board member (The Resolve/Kony 2012) and a mentor (2Seeds/Tanzania).

He collaborated on the writing and research of The Wall Street Journal best seller, Multipliers: How the Best Leaders Make Everyone Smarter; Bringing Out the Best in Your People and Are You An Accidental Diminisher?.

Prior to this research and teaching, McKeown worked for Heidrick & Struggles' Global Leadership Practice assessing senior executives. His work included being a part of a yearlong project for Mark Hurd (then CEO of Hewlett-Packard), assessing the top 300 executives at HP.

Originally from London, England, McKeown now lives in Silicon Valley with his wife and their four children.
