Christian Tamburr is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, leadership facilitator, award-winning musician, composer, arranger, and creative director whose career has been built around the principles of leadership, communication, trust, collaboration, adaptability, and high-performance teamwork. As Founder, CEO, and Lead Facilitator of Sonic Leadership Training, Tamburr uses the dynamics of a world-class live musical ensemble to demonstrate how exceptional teams listen, communicate, establish standards, build trust, and perform under pressure. His experiential keynotes and workshops translate lessons from the concert stage into practical strategies for business leaders and organizations, using live music, storytelling, and audience interaction to make leadership principles tangible and memorable.

Tamburr’s leadership perspective comes from more than three decades of professional experience leading and performing with high-performing creative teams around the world. An internationally renowned performer, he has toured extensively throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and has served as Musical Director, pianist, arranger, and creative collaborator for artists and productions including Julio Iglesias, Penn & Teller, Cirque du Soleil, Wendy Moten, and Take-6. His career has included performances at prestigious venues and festivals including Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center, and the Newport Jazz Festival, as well as appearances with or alongside legendary artists including Dave Brubeck and Michael Feinstein. These experiences have given Tamburr a unique understanding of what allows talented individuals to become cohesive teams, particularly in environments where preparation, communication, adaptability, and execution are essential.
