Tiana Allen Biography

Tiana Allen is a journalist, health practitioner and owner of The Wellness Sanctuary Center for Natural Restorative Therapies.

Respectfully called "Tiana The Teacher", she earned 2 Undergraduate Degrees in Alternative Health and Behavioral Science, 3 Master's degrees, an M.Ed. in Adult Education, Leadership, Learning and Organizational Development, an M.S.-ABA in Clinical Behavior Analysis, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Organizational Psychology, and a Juris Master in American Law.

Allen is a Licensed Health Practitioner, and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT/CDT), (CAADC) Certified Advanced Addictions Counselor, Anxiety Specialist, Grief & Loss Education, and Crisis Counselor.

Allen works with survivors of domestic, emotional and psychological abuse, along with families and couples. She produces a yearly event for women to discuss emotional wellness, while partnering with DMV organizations. She simply calls this event "Hey Lovely®"

Currently, Hey Lovely® offers a national, behavior based social-emotional learning mentoring program for youth aged 13-24 and young adults 25-34.

Allen also founded nonprofit organization, The Journey Institute of Wellness. TJIW, a hub for Wellness Education.

Additionally, Allen started the Creatively Successful® Consulting Firm where she consults with startup and experienced entrepreneurs.

    Unfortunately, misunderstanding forgiveness has placed labeles of bondage on many souls as living in unforgiveness has conditioned them into new and unfavorable traditions, shaped how they operate with others, how they view themselves, and how they show up in the world.

    In this discussion, Tiana will share a different perspective on forgiveness that goes beyond the tradtional definition. With this, Tiana hopes to open a new frame of thought surrounding the Root of Forgiveness and show the audience how to remove the contaminated toxins from their soil.

  • Are You In A Trauma Bond?

    The connections we have with others are important, but the bond between yourself and God are what turns the keys to life. Unfortunately, sometimes we latch on to people and things thinking we are filling our immediate needs, but instead it is to fill in the empty spaces in our soul. Eventually, that temporary fix that felt good in the beginning would turn into a dangerous relationship that would create an even bigger spiritual whole.

    In this talk Tiana would discuss trauma bonds and how codependency, enabling and mistrust can be some of the culprits. With this talk, Tiana hopes to teach the audience how to embrace and utiize their discernment.

  • Business Ethics: Why and How We Must Turn Back to Having Morals in Entrepreneurship

    Being a business owner is not easy and it isn't for everyone. Bootstrapping your company from nothing is hard work and not as glamourous as it's portrayed online. Truth is, modern technology has made almost everyone a psuedo entrepreneur or coach and the term "expert" has been thrown around so easily that it is a trendy term.
