Leutscher is Director Client Development at Marsh, the world's leading insurance broker and strategic risk adviser and a subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, a US-based global professional services and insurance brokerage firm. Worldwide the company employs 55,000 people and has a turn-over of more than 12 billion dollars. This background provides Leutscher with extensive knowledge of company cultures, management styles and factors that determine the success or failure of an organisation.
