|
Margaret Graziano began her career in staffing industry at the age of twenty-one and worked for various employment services. After becoming highly successful in her field after only 10 years, she launched her own business. Now celebrating 11 years as a business owner of The Personnel Network and Alliance HR network, she continues to innovate and offer new and cutting-edge services and products to her clients. Margaret’s intention is to empower and enable Business Leaders in their ability to leverage the power of their human capital.
Margaret has received her certification as a Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist and Certified Personnel Consultant by the National Association of Personnel Consultants. She has also been recognized by The Pinnacle Society, which recognizes top producers in the industry, nationwide. She has also served on the Board of Directors for both local and National Trade Associations. Margaret has also recently received a certification from the University of Illinois, Center for Entrepreneurial studies in Business Administration as well as a Certification in Organization Development from DePaul University.
Not only is she a devoted mother of three boys, she is active in the community giving her time to Cub Scouting, volunteering at the local PADS shelter and raising money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society by participating in the Lake Tahoe Century Rides. She is a member of local Chambers of Commerce and of the National Association of Women Business Owners. Margaret is also a Seminar Leader for Landmark Education and leads a wide array of seminars for 100-250 participants in areas such as “Achieving Breakthrough Results”, “Effectiveness”, and “Velocity”.
One of her greatest strengths is that she runs her business according to the core values of the company – Customer Focus, Integrity, Achievement, Learning, Innovation and Quality. She has established systems, structures and processes that leverage her companies’ ability to produce breakthrough results within a team concept.
Margaret has recently received 2 prominent awards in the last 2 years; Chicago Woman Business Owner of the Year, NAWBO, 2004; Influential Woman in Business, The Dupage Business Ledger, 2003.
