As CEO of Richard Chang Associates, Inc., a diversified performance-improvement consulting, training, and publishing firm headquartered in Irvine, California, Chang has worked with public and private sector clients around the world, including Fidelity Investments, Universal Studios, Marriott, Blue Cross Blue Shield, DuPont, and Nabisco. He has also served as the chair of the board of the American Society for Training and Development and as a judge for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
