Roslyn Rice is the co-founder of DPI, LLC, a high-impact business consulting firm. She is a diversity practitioner, speaker, and bestselling author, as well as a collaborative, client-centric business professional experienced in creating spaces of belonging that allow organizations to fuel sustainable growth and navigate market volatility.

Rice went from being laid off after 25 years in corporate retail to creating space to let others find their voice. She consults business leaders on chipping away at the “one size fits all” management mentality that leads to costly employee turnover, supplying corporate and small business clients with the resources on how to start a culture of belonging and how to create the type of changes that last.

Rice is the author of "Power of One: Finding Hope in the Midst of Struggle," a faith-based journal and inspirational devotional in which every chapter focuses on one powerful word that can equip readers with the courage to overcome. At the end of each chapter, Rice shares a passage of scripture, a question, and a prayer to jumpstart the application of that word in your daily life.
