Tom Ellsworth

Tom Ellsworth is the chief strategy officer of the PHP Agency. The PHP Agency Inc., a partner company of Integrity Marketing Group, is the technology-enabled insurance agency of the future. PHP is on a mission to serve America’s culturally diverse and under served middle class with life insurance products and career opportunities. Through proprietary development of insurance software solutions, PHP reaches this important market through a network of tens of thousands of agents who are 75% Millennials and Generation Z.

Dubbed the “Biz Doc,” Ellsworth has over 25 years of experience as a founder, CEO, president, and COO. Ellsworth has generated, led and managed over $1.5 billion in exits and transactions. He joined the PHP Agency, where he serves as the chief strategy officer and formerly president. Following the sale/acquisition of PHP Agency, he leads Bet-David Consulting and Valuetainment Investments Group.

Ellsworth has served in executive roles at a variety of successful companies, including IBM, Sprint, where he was vice president of incubator development, and JAMDAT Mobile Inc. (the largest wireless games publisher in the world at the time), where he served as executive vice president of marketing and corporate development prior to that company’s highly successful IPO and acquisition by Electronic Arts. He also was a founder of Premier Digital Publishing which was acquired by a New York publisher founded by Harper Collins CEO.

Ellsworth shares his expertise on his "Biz Doc Podcast” on YouTube, and through webinars, seminars, and 1-on-1 business coaching. His book, "The Rat, the Race, and the Cage," details how to make great career choices and find job satisfaction.
