Sasan Goodarzi

Sasan Goodarzi is the chairman and chief executive officer of Intuit, a global financial technology company known for products such as "TurboTax," "QuickBooks," "Credit Karma," and "Mailchimp." Goodarzi established Intuit's strategy as an AI-driven expert platform focused on helping consumers and businesses address key financial challenges. Under his leadership, Intuit has experienced significant revenue growth and has been recognized by Fortune, Forbes, Fast Company, and other major publications as a leader in artificial intelligence innovation and as a top workplace.

Goodarzi's career spans multiple industries, including roles at Invensys, where he served as global president of the products group, and Honeywell, where he held senior leadership positions in the automation control division. He joined Intuit as senior vice president and general manager for its professional tax division and Intuit Financial Services, overseeing several software companies acquired by Intuit and managing operations in Canada and the United Kingdom. Goodarzi also served as CEO of Nexant, a provider of smart grid software and clean energy solutions, before returning to Intuit as chief information officer to lead its transition to cloud technology. He later held executive roles overseeing Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group, Consumer Tax Group, ProTax organization, and Financial Services Division.

During his tenure as CEO, Goodarzi has guided Intuit through a period of consistent double-digit revenue growth, increased profitability, and substantial free cash flow generation. Notable achievements include the acquisitions of Credit Karma and Mailchimp, as well as the introduction of AI-powered features such as Intuit Assist and QuickBooks AI Bookkeeper. Goodarzi holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida and a master's in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
