Dan McGinn is the founder and CEO of McGinn and Company, a Washington, D.C.-area communications consulting practice specializing in complex reputation management and crisis communications. A Georgetown University graduate, McGinn has spent more than four decades advising prominent figures and organizations across the United States.

McGinn and Company is the third firm McGinn has founded. His previous firms were recognized for rapid growth and innovative communications services before being acquired by global consulting groups. Throughout his career, McGinn has represented more than 500 organizations, including corporations, universities, law firms, government agencies, nonprofits, trade associations, and more than a third of the Fortune 100.
