  Maintaining authenticity in a world that often feels superficial can be challenging, but biblical principles offer solid Real guidance supported by scripture and daily practices that help you achieve Real results to Real problems you may be facing. Learning how not to compare yourself to the world or its standards. The worlds lust and desires will never be fulfilled, you will never measure up, but God's standards, when practiced, offer lasting, eternal value and change. Navigate a fake and false world by being authentic and powerful as you walk in truth, breaking the barriers of falsehoods through the power and anointing of Christ. When we walk in truth, our life carries the weight of power because as you begin walking in the authenticity of who Christ has created you to be, boundaries break, lies fall impotent, and the anointing begins to flow from you, and into all those you come in contact with.

  Attendee Results:

  • Seek Truth: Focus not on the world, but the truth of God's word, which encourages us in Philippians 4:8 to focus on what is true, noble, right, lovely, pure, and admirable, among other things. The pursuit of God's truth helps us counteract falsehoods present in society today.

  • Understand Your Identity in Christ

    • Understanding our true identity is rooted in Christ, and our relationship with Him. When we stay rooted and grounded in Him we begin to understand who we are. Gal 2:20 states, "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me." Begin to embrace who you are in Christ rather than seeking validation from the world.

  • Practice Honesty: Be truthful in your words and actions, which fosters genuine relationships and cultivates a common ground with others that builds trust and fosters lasting change. This also allows a safe place in which you can explore and collaborate with others, learn by listening, learning by a healthy exchange in a safe, life affirming group or environment. Be honest about who you are not pointing the finger or blame at everyone and everything else. I always say, "I want to affect the world and not let the world infect me."

  • Embrace Humility & Genuine Relationships: Competition is a part of life, but surround yourself with kind, genuine, like-minded people who encourage and embody authenticity. Proverbs 27:17 says, "Iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another." A true, authentic relationship fosters growth, joy, ease, and a sense of fulfillment.

  • Serve Others: Shift your focus from self to selfless, no matter what you're going through, someone else has it worse. "If you need a miracle, be a miracle for someone else," God calls us to serve, not to be served. Acts of service are seeds planted in a field of hurting individuals who often times, don't even know how to receive them. But when we, in faith, "Do unto others as we would have done unto us." God multiplies that seed, and suddenly, through service, we begin to find strength, healing, and a community connection we never would have imagined.

  • Resist Materialism & Focus on Inner Beauty: Prioritize character over exterior appearance. Beauty is fleeting 1 Peter 3:3-4 reminds us that true beauty comes from within and is of most value in God's sight. God is a God of hearts. Prioritize character over appearance. It's understandable to want to better your appearance as long as your appearance doesn't become your main obsession. Matt: 6:19-21 warns against storing up treasures on earth, stating that where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

  • Practice Collaboration: When you may hit a roadblock or an impasse, oftentimes a few select trusted people can assist you in furthering your dreams and goals. By collaborating first with heaven and then with another fosters innovation, problem solving, and allows all Godly perspectives and skills to be considered.

  • Remain Rooted and Grounded in Scripture: Daily read, pray, and engage with God and in His word for wisdom and guidance. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 affirms that, "all scripture is God-breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training us in righteousness." By integrating these strategies, you can calmly and efficiently work toward your goals, no matter what they are. They may be goals of peace, financial freedom, etc. Whatever goals you may have, you can achieve them effectively while reducing unnecessary stress and strife. When we dwell in the presence of God, that's where the greatest blessings are found. God has placed a spiritual hunger inside of us all, which can only be satisfied by His presence and a right relationship with God. The presence of God is the soul's longing.

• LIVE A STRIFE - LESS LIFE

  Learn how to strive

  • less while still making progress in life with a biblical, mindful, impactful approach. Learn to live a goal-oriented, well-balanced, and efficient approach to life and faith. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude, which reduces feelings of strife and negativity. Allow God to heal you everywhere you hurt and live a life characterized by peace, joy, steadfast living, productivity, love, hope, and purpose. Determine to make space in your day to spend time with God, clear out unchecked thoughts, and tune your ears to heaven. Pray bold prayers, surrender daily, and ask God what His plan and His purpose are for your life is. Sometimes, if we can learn to control our reaction, then strife can no longer grip us and choke out peace. We must set our minds to truly understand Jer. 29:11 in which God says, "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you, not harm you, give you hope and a future." God hates strife, as strife destroys unity and our anointing. Unity, based on God's word, is so important to God; strife is the opposite of love, and we know God is love. God wants our lives to reflect His love and unity; our lives should attract others, not distract people from all of the noise coming out of our mouths. Proverbs 6:16-19 is a clear view of how much the Lord hates strife.

  • Prioritize: Identify what truly matters in life to you personally. We will begin to focus on a few key goals rather than the entire list.

  • What You Speak out of Your Mouth Matters: Jesus said it himself, "The mouth speaks what the heart is full of." So in that case, our words are a direct reflection of our inner thoughts, beliefs, and our heart. Our words carry too much power. Proverbs 18:21 states, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue." To minimize strife in our lives, we must start, in faith, by speaking life out of our mouths, covering it with the power of God's word, and it won't return void.

  • Set Realistic Goals: We do this by breaking larger ambitions into manageable, attainable tasks. Then setting achievable benchmarks, which creates balance, helps against burnout, and fosters a sense of accomplishment.

  • Set Boundaries: Clarify and define your limits and boundaries in all relationships. Oftentimes, we feel out of control or unheard because we haven't set boundaries and expect people to subconsciously know what those boundaries are. We need to clearly and kindly set boundaries that help you gain more control of your life, emotions, and circumstances, and protect your space, physically and mentally. This allows for a clear mindset to minimize unnecessary conflict in our home and workspace.

  • Practice Spirit

    • Filling: Embrace, understand, and walk out biblical truths daily that will impact and empower you to achieve and maintain clarity on the strife-less journey. Cultivate a mindset that thrives on challenges, welcome the 'suddenly' rather than leaving you feeling that your life is in turmoil. View obstacles as opportunities for growth and change rather than setbacks. This will help you begin to rethink and reshape how you react to adversity. Besides, Romans 8:28 says, "God works good in all things." If God is for you, then who can be against you? Storm the gates of heaven in prayer until your peace floods back and your mind is less distracted with worry and more attracted to Him.

  • Limit Distractions: Getting into agreement with the over 3,000 promises in the bible, which will allow you to truly see the plans God has for you and help you focus, while at the same time lessen the burden of burnout d-o-i-n-g. The bible offers us unlimited tools regarding distractions. The bible emphasizes that when we focus on worldly concerns, this can actually limit our spiritual growth, stunt our faith, and open the door to confusion. Matt. 6:33 says, "Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you." Besides, when we are so distracted by the world, this can hinder us from fulfilling God's purpose in our lives.

  • Embrace Flexibility: Allow and welcome change, learn to adapt to circumstances that many times are beyond our control. When we become set in our ways and an unintentional circumstance is upon us our thoughts begin to spiral, our decision-making is clouded, fear creeps in, and our life begins to crumble one crumb at a time.

  • Celebrate Small Wins: Recognize and celebrate progress no matter how small. We tune our ears and hearts to self-love, self-care, and the whisper of God, which will motivate us and create peace and rest in the wait, along with a profound positive outlook that engages us to keep going and keep motivated.

  • Renew Our Mind Daily- When we walk by the Spirit, this helps us avoid the temptation of the flesh. James 4:7 says, "Resist yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We must flee from gratifying the desires of the sinful nature, as this not only causes confusion but also leads to bad decision-making. 2 Corinthians 10:5 says, "Take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ."

• Prayer and Gratitude Are the Seed For More

  Pray like your life depends on it. The bible clearly states we are to "pray without ceasing." As we spend time in God's presence praying, listening to God through the Bible, and worshipping Him, we begin to find that secret place described in the bible, Psalms 91 says, "whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in His mighty shadow. God's presence is a place of blessing, infilling anointing, and refreshment. When we pray, we find strength in God; those rough places become smooth, and the difficult places, people, or situations, turn into springs of life, and many answers begin to illuminate when we start daily in His presence. God's presence is a place of blessing, praise, and worship is refreshing, like rain on the thirsty ground, nourishing the soil it falls on. Prayer wraps us in the hem of His garment as God fills us with His strength, wisdom, and power. It's not the type of prayer, it's about prayer's inherent power, it's about the omnipotence and grace of God who hears and answers prayers. Through prayer, we can align our hearts and tune our ears to God's will.

  Prayer is the key: Prayer activates our faith and makes the impossible possible. Prayer opens the door of communication between us and Christ; it is a vital pathway and connection to God. Prayer dispatches warring angels on our behalf over our loved ones and directly into our circumstances or problems. Prayer opens the door for healing, and our hearts go from heavy to light. Prayer releases the burden off of us and onto the cross. Prayer slays the enemy and hides us in the hem of His garment. Prayer also changes us and helps us look through the lens of Christ, which allows us to shift our perspective and understand the situation differently, from a place of peace rather than fear. Prayer is like planting a seed that never dies; our prayers are enduring and resonate beyond our immediate circumstances. The prayer of agreement unlocks heavenly forces into action. Prayer makes what is limited in the natural limitless because we access God and bring His super into the natural. When we pray, we cut off the head of the enemy, God's word pierces through the darkness, and light breaks through everywhere. Through prayer, we indeed find a pathway to experience God's limitless power and grace.

  Learn to Communicate with God: Soften your heart toward God. What matters to God the most is the heart. As we read the Bible, one thing is clear: God is interested in the heart, not superficial actions. God wants us to be in a relationship with Him; that relationship can only grow through prayer and communion with Him. It's almost like when you have a good friend and they just don't call you, how can you deepen your relationship without communication? So is the same with our Heavenly Father. There is an arrogance and an independent spirit in us all that thinks "we got this," and refuses to turn to the Lord. We can receive a new heart and forgiveness from God for all the things we've done wrong, but we need to cry out to God from our hearts. Rejection is always hurtful and can harden even the softest heart, especially when it comes from someone you love or are close to. Cruelty, betrayal, and rejection are seeds of bitterness that become a harvest of hate in our hearts. We must daily renew our mind and heart, as forgiveness and guard against the cruelty of life, without a soft heart, life becomes too painful to move on. When we allow God to soften our hearts, we can demonstrate love towards others more freely.

  Accessing God's Power: Learn to Access God's Power: The first Step is Salvation

  • this is how we enter into a relationship with God. “Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in his name, He gave the right to become children of God.” – John 1:12. +Believe He is the Son of God +Confess our sins, He is faithful and just to cleanse us of all unrighteousness +Ask Him into your heart and life +Spiritual surrender and obedience = transformation

  Growth and Transformation: God desires that our lives would be as pure as gold, once refined by fire. We must have the courage to see both the good and the bad in our lives to change. Prayer unlocks the power and potential for God to reach into our ordinary lives and make the natural supernatural. One of my favorite verses is Isaiah 55 says, "His thoughts are above our thoughts, his ways are above our ways." Prayer allows us to see through the eyes of the spirit with honesty and unlock the bitterness we've had stored over the years of pain. Is there a breakdown between what's in your heart and how you behave, or what you believe? Unresolved trauma and pain, when left unaddressed, poison our veins and break down our capacity to grow, and we become stunted. Are you ready? Are you willing to receive the life-giving, everlasting, transformative power of God's love in your life?

• Rise Up!

  There is a deep inner joy that one can never achieve without God's grace and mercy. We must identify what is holding us back and move forward practically, and reach viable solutions in our lives. When we build our faith, chains break, bondages are broken, and the negative ideas you have will no longer have a stronghold over your life. Negative thoughts and lies can be replaced with the powerful truth of knowing who we are, and joy will begin to 'Rise Up' on the inside of you.

  Attendee Results:

  Joy is a state of mind and an orientation of the heart. It's a settled state of contentment, confidence, and hope. Joy is different from happiness. Happiness is a temporary emotion, while joy is a state of mind, a decision. We will learn to use what life sometimes hands us and make a decision even in the blinding storm to Rise Up! We can find joy in our relationship with God, joy in ourselves, in everyday life, in our family, and yes, even work. Every single one of us has experienced loss, rejection, anger, loneliness, anxiety, hopelessness, physical limitations, and insecurity, but the promise of God's power is real! WE can live like salt and light in a dark world. We will learn to build our faith muscle, which gives us unrelenting, overwhelming power.

  Remove Toxic Thoughts and People: How do you know if you are in bondage? Check your joy monitor. Are you afraid, anxious, angry, or feeling oppressed by a job, a person, a relationship, or a situation? Fear and anger are control, so if you are in a situation where you are constantly afraid or in pain, you must reflect and remove yourself from unhealthy relationships, places, or people. Life is precious and short—don’t allow another day to be stolen by fear, doubt, or comfort disguised as safety. Is there a place of comfort God is asking you to leave so He can launch you into a new realm just beyond the horizon? Don't get stuck in complacency. Sometimes, we get so settled in our routines and surroundings that we hide from the very possibilities God is calling us to. Comfort can be a cage that keeps us from stepping into God's growth and purpose for our lives. "Forget the former things, don't dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?" _ Isaiah 43:18-19

  Pulling the Weeds: Learn to work in partnership with God in all He is doing. God wants to work in partnership with us. He is not against human effort, but working alone without adding God into the equation causes our labor to be in vain, and the fruit in our lives often is not as abundant as it could be. Sometimes, the highest sacrifice is choosing to put others first, not in a way that causes us to lose ourselves, but in a way that reflects God's heart. We need to sow seeds of kindness, love, and grace into the lives of others around us, remember seeds grow depending on the soil they're planted in. If we want our lives to bear fruit, we have to pull rotten plants- the bitterness, fear, comparison, and old mindsets that choke the vine. It's not always the vine that's not growing; it's the soil around it (the people, places, and things) that need pruning. When we remove the weeds, we can see the potential was there all along, just waiting for a place to flourish. Let God prune so our life can grow fuller, deeper, and more complete. “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit…” – John 15:5
