Born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a condition that makes bones extremely fragile, Clements has experienced more than 200 fractures and is a full-time wheelchair user. He has defied expectations throughout his life, not only surviving to adulthood, but thriving, and using his experiences to drive meaningful change in business and society.

Exploring both personal lessons, industry innovations and best practice, Clements has delivered keynotes and training sessions for organizations including Google, Disney, EY and Accenture.
