Jeff Roe

Jeff Roe is a Republican political strategist in the United States and the founder and chief executive officer of Axiom Strategies. Roe built Axiom Strategies into one of the largest Republican political consulting firms in the nation. He has served as general consultant, strategist, and advisor to presidential, gubernatorial, U.S. Senate, and congressional campaigns in nearly every state. Founded by Roe, Axiom Strategies has expanded to 13 offices across the country and employs approximately 150 full-time staff members. Under his leadership, the Axiom network has helped elect more federal Republican candidates than any other firm in U.S. political history.

Roe began his political career in the mid-1990s, working for then-Missouri State Representative Sam Graves. Following Graves' elections to the Missouri State Senate and the United States Congress, Roe became Graves' chief of staff. Early in his career, Roe managed campaigns that contributed to the Missouri Republican Party securing a majority in the Missouri General Assembly for the first time in five decades. He founded Axiom Strategies as a Republican campaign consulting firm, which quickly grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise. In addition to Axiom Strategies, Roe founded Candidate Command, a creative agency and direct mail firm, and Remington Research Group, a polling and public opinion research company.

Known for aggressive campaign techniques, Roe has developed a reputation as a political operative who prioritizes winning. His firm, Axiom Strategies, has received more than 50 Pollie and Reed Awards and has achieved an 81 percent win rate. Roe contributed to Bruce Rauner's gubernatorial campaign in Illinois, Greg Abbott's campaign in Texas, and Scott Walker's campaign in Wisconsin. Axiom Strategies also played a role in Glenn Youngkin's victory in the Virginia gubernatorial election. Roe was the lead consultant for Martha McSally's congressional campaign, which resulted in a narrow victory in the closest congressional election in Arizona history.

Roe's national profile increased during the presidential election cycle in which he served as senior strategist and campaign manager for Ted Cruz's presidential bid. Cruz's victory in the Republican Iowa caucus brought Roe significant attention, with many crediting him as the architect of the campaign's success. Roe is recognized for utilizing sophisticated polling and campaign data to inform strategic decisions, including targeted voter outreach. He also served as senior strategist for Cruz's U.S. Senate re-election campaign and has worked with the Club for Growth on various issue and candidate campaigns, including U.S. Senator Josh Hawley's victory over a Democratic incumbent.
