Erika Kirk

Erika Kirk is an American businesswoman, podcaster, and nonprofit founder who gained national recognition as Miss Arizona USA. After earning the state title, Kirk represented Arizona at the Miss USA pageant, using her platform to advocate for charitable causes and community engagement. Her early career included work in modeling and acting before she shifted focus to philanthropy, founding Everyday Heroes Like You, a nonprofit organization supporting under-recognized charities and individuals making a difference in their communities. In 2025, she became the CEO of Turning Point USA, a nonprofit organization advocating for conservative politics, following the death of her late husband, Charlie Kirk, the co-founder.

Kirk’s commitment to faith-based leadership is reflected in her creation of BIBLEin365, a ministry program encouraging daily engagement with scripture, and Proclaim Streetwear, a faith-inspired clothing line that promotes spiritual growth and empowerment.
