Ben joined AAE after previously working with the company as a technology partner and quickly realized it was a team he wanted to be part of full time. He holds degrees in Computer Science and History from UNC Chapel Hill, combining technical expertise with strong research and communication skills. With more than 10 years of experience as a full stack software engineer, including serving as Head of Technology at a digital marketing firm, Ben brings a business-minded approach to developing technology that solves real-world challenges. He enjoys collaborating with talented teammates and finding new ways to leverage emerging technology to help AAE achieve its goals. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing guitar and chess, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
