Alexis has always been drawn to live events and storytelling, and was inspired to join AAE by its role in connecting world-class speakers with audiences. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which helps her navigate contract negotiations and build strong relationships with both talent and clients. With a background in sales, Alexis brings a strong ability to anticipate client needs and manage logistics to ensure seamless events. She appreciates AAE’s collaborative environment, where team members are invested in each other’s success. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys hiking with her dog, exploring local boutiques, attending concerts, and planning her next travel adventure, especially her annual trips to Disney with her family.
