From leadership and management issues to spirituality in the workplace, Marcic gives organizations the tools that they need to transform their corporate culture.
As the Director of Graduate Programs in Human Resource Development at Vanderbilt University, Marcic has both the experience as well as the research to support her presentations. She goes beyond the typical research, however, and focuses on the humanness of an organization. What are the qualities - spiritually, emotionally, as well as organizationally that a corporation needs to make it in the future.
The author of Organizational Behavior and Management International and Women and Men in Organizations, Dorothy also has a book on high performance in the service industry and just finished the book Managing with the Wisdom of Love: Uncovering Virtue in People and Organizations. While living in La Crosse, Dorothy hosted a weekly radio program entitled Mind Your Business and was selected as Woman of the Year by the La Crosse YWCA.
