Linda Roszak Burton, ACC, BBC, BS, is President of DRW, Inc., an executive coaching firm. She’s a nationally recognized speaker and subject matter expert on positive psychology, neuroscience and gratitude, delivering keynotes, seminars and workshops. Her 2022 TEDx Talk is on Gratitude – The Power to Heal the World. She recently presented the Neuroscience of Gratitude for Leaders at the American Association of Neurology Conference. Throughout her speaking career, her audiences share how she’s inspired them to seek greater self-discovery and professional development.

Linda’s a certified executive coach through the International Federation of Coaching, a certified Brain-Based Coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute and a Mental Fitness Coach through Positive Intelligence. She’s the author of Gratitude Heals, A Journal for Inspiration & Guidance and writes for the Wharton Healthcare Quarterly’s series on gratitude.
