Eliza VanCort is an acclaimed speaker, bestselling author, empowering mentor, rule breaker, rule maker, and unapologetic space claimer.

She is a consultant in demand for keynotes and workshops on communications, career and workplace issues, and women’s empowerment. Her background is in political science and the arts.

Her three signature keynote speeches focus on women’s empowerment, unifying communication, and dismantling racism. They offer tools people can put to use immediately to change themselves, and the world.

VanCort is the founder of The Actor's Workshop of Ithaca, a Cook House Fellow at Cornell University, an advisory board member of the Performing Arts for Social Change, and a member of Govern For America's League of Innovators.

Her first book, "A Woman's Guide to Claiming Space: Stand Tall. Raise Your Voice. Be Heard.," was published in May 2021 and within a few days became a #1 Bestseller on Amazon.

She is a classically trained singer, unrepentant sci-fi and musical theater nerd and the parent of four incredible humans.
