Dan Faill is a keynote speaker, interactive workshop facilitator, and life consultant who has helped audiences to be brave enough to have the conversations that matter for over 15 years.
Faill’s background in higher education has given him the opportunity to work with Generations X, Y, Z, as well as Millennials and Gen Alpha. His ability to engage audiences of any age stems from his passion to connect through stories and creative use of data, with a flair for authenticity and vulnerability.
Specializing in impostor syndrome and failure, Faill likes to make the uncomfortable more relatable. Using his humor and stories to create a deeper connection with audiences, he believes it’s time for us to be brave enough to have the conversations that matter. Faill also speaks around the country on the intersection of alcohol and consent, ensuring audiences understand their limits, while articulating the role consent and bystander intervention have in interpersonal relationships in social settings in an entertaining and memorable way.
Faill has a MA in Educational Administration and Leadership from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, a BA in Communication and Leadership Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, a certification in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, and has worked in the higher education landscape for a plethora of years. Faill is also the co-founder of Voices For College, an intensive masterclass training that provides people the tools to understand higher education, while crafting an engaging keynote experience utilizing their own authentic stories.
