Joe Di Stefano, CSCS, RKC – “Joe D.I.” as he is referred, is an international speaker, fitness expert, entrepreneur and coach. Joe is Founder of RUNGA, an organization that specializes in hosting intimate wellness weekends for small groups of individuals, corporate teams, and athletes. Joe is formerly an Executive at Spartan Race, the world’s leading obstacle racing organization.
Over the last decade, Joe has worked hands on with Fortune 500 companies on their wellness programs and designed fitness spaces for some of the world’s most esteemed brands. Joe has also instructed more than 100 seminars in over 17 different countries on topics including endurance racing, kettlebells, breathing and mobility.
