Over the 8-season tenure, which concluded in April 2022, Marcus has been nominated for multiple Emmy, Golden Globe, Critics Choice, NAACP Image and Screen Actors Guild Awards as part of the ensemble cast, and has gone on win two individual NAACP Image Awards for his outstanding performance in the series.

Next, Marcus will appear in the indie drama feature “How To Blow Up a Pipeline,” which premiered at the 2022 Toronto Film Festival to rave reviews.
