She is the co-author of the book Moments of Impact: Designing Strategic Conversations that Matter (Simon & Schuster, 2013) with Doblin Innovation's Chris Ertel, which describes how to apply design principles to high-stakes, open ended strategic challenges. Lisa holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from Cornell University.
