Jason Segel

Jason Segel is an actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer whose career spans television, film, and literature. Segel began his career with director and producer Judd Apatow on the television series "Freaks and Geeks" and "Undeclared" before gaining prominence for leading roles in a range of comedy films, in which he has starred, written, and produced. Segel is known on television for his role as Marshall Eriksen on the comedy "How I Met Your Mother," a sitcom that ran for nine seasons.

Segel's film breakthrough came with "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," which he wrote and starred in. He also co-wrote and starred in "The Muppets."
