Nominated for Sportsperson of the Year in 1997 by The Diverse Races Committee for The Women’s Sports Foundation.
Named 1994 WPBA Player of the Year by both Billiards Digest & Billiard Magazine. Began playing pool in 1992 and in less than two years became the No. 1 ranked player in the world. Co-author of The Black Widow’s Guide to Killer Pool, a Crown publication in 2000.
Her success, poise and exotic beauty have earned her ground-breaking endorsement deals including an exclusive line of Jeanette Lee pool cues.
Founded The Jeanette Lee Foundation, a charitable organization whose purpose is to demonstrate that any goal can be achieved despite one’s disability. A portion of the money raised through the Foundation is donated to The National Scoliosis Association.
Was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 13 and now serves as the National Spokesperson for The Scoliosis Association.
