Over twenty-five years ago, Andy Ruppanner, developed his unique approach to inspirational and leadership speaking while running a management development program for IBM.  Since that time, Andy has developed and applied his skills as a visionary public speaker and strategist to the benefit of his companies, clients, and community.

A “Patriot” for business in America, Andy is committed to the premise that business leadership is the preferred agent for accomplishing positive change and stability in our society.

Known as the “Division Starter” during his 28 year executive career with IBM, he held General Manager positions in many IBM business units.  Primarily a field-oriented marketing executive, he also held Director-level positions at a number of corporate locations.

Selected to lead development of a joint venture between KODAK and IBM, Mr. Ruppanner was a co-founder of TSS, a $1.3 billion technology service and support company.  Joining Office Depot as a Vice President, he founded “Uptime Services”, a new division providing small business technology installation and services. An experienced entrepreneur, Mr. Ruppanner has served as the lead executive in several public and private companies.

As a management consultant, public speaker, motivational speaker, and executive coach, Andy passionately believes that personal integrity, business ethics, and humanitarian values lead to excellence and effectiveness in the workplace and beyond.
