She was one of the first women to sell wholesale pharmaceuticals for a major drug company in the United States. Her ability to create selling opportunities where none previously existed earned her numerous awards including a cover story in the American Druggist Magazine. Moving up to management, Barbara learned the leadership skills necessary for empowering OTHERS to create opportunities for themselves in a rapidly changing work environment.

In 1982 Barbara left the corporate world and

formed B. A. Mintzer & Associates, a company dedicated to helping organizations, teams and individuals create tomorrow’s opportunities out of today’s changes.
