Lukas Haitzmann is a three-time Guinness World Record-holding adventurer, engineer and founder of multiple purpose-driven ventures. At 18 years old, Haitzmann became the youngest person in history to row solo and unassisted across the Atlantic Ocean—a 3,000-mile journey that tested every limit of endurance, courage and self-belief. Today, alongside his role as CEO of multiple businesses, Haitzmann uses the lessons learned at sea to help leaders and teams worldwide push past their quitting point, build resilience and perform under pressure.

For 59 days, Haitzmann found his home to be a rowing boat amidst the aggressive onslaught of waves, some days reaching 40 feet. The closest other human?
