After breaking into the industry with record-breaking first-year sales numbers at her former brokerage, Tricia went on to sell over $200M in her solo career before jumping to Serhant and simultaneously joining forces with her partner, Jeffrey St. Arromand. Together, they lead Team Tricia Lee with a focus on home sales and luxury rentals and have sold over $300M in residential homes.
