Speaker profile last updated by AAE Talent Team on 09/03/2024.
Based on the contents of my book, "The God Experiment: The Art of Developing Your Destiny", I share the stories, real conversations, questions, insights, and templates for finding, developing, articulating, and deploying one's God-given destiny in the marketplace.
I pull on a catalog of knowledge, life experiences, misfortunes, identity issues, association with diverse people, families, professions, and organizations, and the challenges of pursuing life, love, and profit in the United States away from my family, friends, and homeland to identify with the fears of the audience and equip them with courage and knowledge to take a leap of faith to discover for themselves that if they ever thought there was more to their lives, they were right.
To further equip them, I provide frameworks and systems to help them build and fortify their Internal infrastructure so that they can transform their lives and fulfill their purpose.
Based on the contents of my soon-to-be-published book, "Healing a Broken Family: Through Covenant and Conversation", I share how to heal a broken family and move on to develop its destiny through words and actions within the context of faith and love. This is based on my story that catalogs my journey and how I brought my family (generationally broken) to a place where there was healing, reconciliation, united purpose, and to a point where we are celebrating the second family reunion in our known family history in 2024.
Using a vulnerable approach, I communicate the challenges of growing up in a broken family with no real connections, distorted relationships, triangulations, and a lack of boundaries in a traditional African society. Furthermore, I share the intricacies of the problems that fostered ongoing vices, outline the negative impact with specificity, and the step-by-step efforts to destroy limiting beliefs and foster a turnaround so that others can learn how to do the same for their families.
Based on the content of my book, "For Boys in Men's Bodies: Overcoming the Struggles of Growing up without a Father", I share my story and the challenges I faced growing up without a father figure, steps I took to overcome some of the struggles that ensured, and steps I took to overcome it to become the person I am today.
Using a model, I share foundational thoughts, a process, and then resources on how to overcome the challenges in each of the following areas of life: mental, relational, financial, physical, and spiritual. Then for each of these areas, I share my own hardships and experiences as well as how I followed the frameworks to overcome them.
Lastly, I share how this has helped, where I am on the journey of growth, and how it is helping others today regardless of age or gender.
Based on the content of my book, "Diplomatic Inspiration: Inspiring Current and Future African Leaders and Shaping Africa's Future", as well as my experience transforming my community through The MARCO initiative, I propose 3 key frameworks that young African leaders and aspiring leaders can use to initiate a cycle of transformation that will empower young Africans to begin changing their lives and their communities. This is in line with the current project I am working on (alongside local partners) to raise up a generation of sacrificial, servant leaders across Africa, starting in Uganda through my organization • YM International.
Dealing with humans is already hard as it is. I am talking about a diverse race and group of people with profoundly different personalities, likes, and dislikes just to name a few. But dealing with a spirit is beyond all that. God is spirit and relating with this ancient spirit in the course of living a supernatural life could be a challenge if you subscribe to the faith.
Gleaning from actual life stories, experiences, stories of risks, adventures of faith, and deep spiritual insights from over 12 years years of living by faith, backed by biblical references and results, I share spiritual intelligence through faith-based talks to enable people to know God better, learn how he things and acts, and learn how to partner with him to fulfill their purpose and live their best lives.
