In her professional life, Aymard has served as a humanitarian delegate, working primarily with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Her assignments have taken her to some of the world's most challenging regions, especially in Africa, where she has worked tirelessly to alleviate the suffering of those affected by armed conflicts. Notably, she also played a crucial role in humanitarian efforts following the devastating earthquake in Haiti.
