Chris Hooten, M.A. (they/them) is a Non-Binary and Neurodivergent equity educator, writer, and advocate committed to creating a world free of injustice. As a descendant of enslaved peoples, a grandchild of sharecroppers, and a survivor of poverty, food scarcity, and housing insecurity, Hooten centers healing and empowerment in equity work.

They founded Chris Hooten Consulting, which provides equity consultancy services to industry leaders and change-makers, focusing on LGBTQ+, Neurodivergent, and BIPOC inclusion. Their expertise has benefited industry leaders like Space Needle, Levy Restaurants, and Bastyr University.
