Lakesha Cole is a mom, military spouse, business owner, author, and mentor. Cole is the Founder of Milspouseprenuer, which provide military spouses overseas with resources and workable business solutions through leadership, live events, education, advocacy and networking support.

As well she is the CEO and owner of She Swank Too, a curated shop for girls featuring a selection of imaginative clothing and accessories that embrace the innocence and fun of childhood.

Cole is also the co-owner of Game Day Sports Shop, a licensed NFL fan shop for fan gear that she supports with her active duty Marine husband. Both pop-up retail shops are contracted with the Exchange.

With experience in retailing and home-based business start-ups, Cole self-published her first book, Mommy Retailing, that outlines how mom can use their passions, interests, experience, and training to start a retail business.

In 2012, with co-founder Krystel Spell, Cole launched the ROSIE Planner, a life of life planner for military families, featuring chic designs, 12 months of undated calendar pages, 52 weekly pages, military holidays, PCS & Deployment checklists, military lifestyle tips and more.

Cole was named the 2014 Armed Forces Insurance Military Spouse of the Year®. She was selected for her entrepreneurial prowess, volunteer efforts, and personal sacrifice. Due to her efforts to support the military community, the 35th Commandant of the Marine Corps, General James Amos, awarded her with a Certificate of Commendation.

Cole, an alumna of the Military Entrepreneur Program by Inc., has featured on The Today Show with Kathie Lee & Hoda and is published in Military Spouse. He family has also been featured by Ebony as one of the “Coolest Black Families in America.”

Cole holds a B.A in Print Journalism from North Carolina A&T State University and an A.A.S. in Fashion Marketing from Parsons The New School For Design.
