Kyle Richards Biography
Kyle Richards is an American actress, socialite, television personality, memoirist and philanthropist. She was born in Hollywood, California into an acting family. She landed her first role at the age four in Disney’s “Escape to Witch Mountain,” where she played the younger version of her sister, child actress and fellow Housewife, Kim Richards. Richards' other sister, Kathy Hilton, is the mother of Nicky and Paris Hilton.
Richards has had many roles in TV and film including “Little House on The Prairie,” “Carter Country,” “Down To Earth”, “E.R.”, “Halloween,” and “The Watcher in the Woods.” Most notably, she has appeared as a main cast member in “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills," beginning in 2010.
A staunch advocate for the fight against cancer, Richards competed on "The New Celebrity Apprentice," playing for the charity Children's Hospital Los Angeles. She was the 5th contestant fired, finishing in 12th place and raising $25,000 for her charity. She also completed a 68 mile bike marathon to raise money to help fight the disease.
Richards has been married for sixteen years to Mauricio Umansky, a high-end realtor of The Agency. She is the mother to four daughters: Farrah, Alexia, Sophia and Portia.
