Marchese, who has two children and two stepchildren with husband James Marchese, has been a lifelong resident of the great state of New Jersey, currently living in Englishtown, New Jersey. She and James have a solid, loving relationship, with a typical fiery Italian side to their marriage. She puts her family above everything else and ingrains in them traditional values, such as faith in God, proper etiquette, discipline, as well as the importance of a first-rate education.

Marchese holds a bachelor's degree from Monmouth University, as well as a master's degree in exercise physiology from Columbia University. Marchese has a passion for health and fitness and created her own fitness brand, called Vici Fitness. She then expanded into a consulting company that offers nutrition advice and personal training.

Diagnosed with breast cancer at the young age of 31, she underwent a double mastectomy and a year and a half of chemotherapy; all while caring for a 2-year-old and 1-year-old, as well as her stepchildren. Marchese attributes being a better mother, wife and person to her battle with cancer.
