Nancy Cartwright is an American actress, voice artist, and producer best known as the iconic voice of Bart Simpson on The Simpsons. Born on October 25, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, she has built one of the most recognizable careers in animation, bringing to life not only Bart but also several other beloved characters on the long-running series, including Maggie Simpson, Ralph Wiggum, Nelson Muntz, and Todd Flanders.

Cartwright has been a central part of The Simpsons since its origins in the late 1980s, helping shape the show into one of the most influential television series of all time.
