Mark Indelicato

Mark Indelicato is an actor, singer, fashion blogger, and photographer known for his role as Justin Suarez, the fashion-focused nephew of the title character on the ABC comedy-drama series "Ugly Betty." Indelicato began his performing career at age 8, training at The Actors Center in Philadelphia and appearing in stage productions at Walnut Street Theatre, including "A Christmas Carol" and "La Vie En Bleu," as well as "Evita" at Academy of Music. He was cast on "Ugly Betty" at age 12 and appeared in all four seasons of the series alongside America Ferrera and Ana Ortiz.

After "Ugly Betty," Indelicato studied international relations and gender studies at NYU Gallatin, completing a semester-long internship at Clinton Global Initiative. He appeared in Gregg Araki's film "White Bird in a Blizzard" with Shailene Woodley and Gabourey Sidibe, and joined the main cast of Freeform's supernatural horror series "Dead of Summer" as Blair Ramos. On Broadway, he performed as Boq for the fifth anniversary concert of "Wicked" and participated in the Defying Inequality benefit at Gershwin Theatre.

Indelicato's career expanded further when he was cast as Damien, assistant to Jean Smart's character Deborah Vance, on the HBO Max series "Hacks." He has been part of the show since its debut and is a SAG Award nominee for his work. "Hacks" has received critical acclaim, holding a high rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Comedy Series for its third season.

In addition to his work in television, film, and theater, Indelicato is an advocate for LGBTQ+ youth. He appeared on a special episode of "Dr. Phil" addressing bullying of teenagers after coming out, sharing his own experiences of receiving threats and verbal abuse related to his role on "Ugly Betty." Indelicato's openness about the challenges of growing up in the public eye as a young queer person, along with his diverse career in entertainment, has contributed to ongoing conversations about representation in the industry.
