Jeezy

Jay Wayne Jenkins, known professionally as Jeezy, is an American rapper, songwriter, and entrepreneur. Born in Columbia, South Carolina, and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Jeezy rose to national prominence in the mid-2000s as one of the leading voices in Southern hip-hop. He gained recognition with his 2005 major-label debut, "Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101," which was certified platinum and featured hits like "Soul Survivor." Known for his gritty lyrics and distinctive raspy voice, Jeezy helped pioneer the trap music movement, influencing a generation of artists.

Jeezy was a founding member of the rap group Boyz n da Hood and later became known for his solo career as well as his collaborations with artists such as Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Rihanna. Over the years, he released a string of successful albums including "The Inspiration" (2006), "The Recession" (2008), and "Seen It All: The Autobiography" (2014).
