Producer, Radio Show & Podcast Host, Speaker & DJ
Dramos Biography
Best known for his tenure as a producer and 4th chair on the nationally syndicated radio/television show The Breakfast Club, Dramos is a proud Nuyorican who has impressively stepped out from the shadows of his National Radio Hall of Fame co-hosts, and carved out his own lane in the entertainment industry. Proving to be a jack of all trades, Dramos has garnered attention DJing prominent nightclubs throughout the country, producing independently successful music, as well as being an on-air radio personality on the legendary Z100 in New York and hosting his own television show which airs weekly in 40+ markets across the country via LATV. Most recently, in partnership with iHeart Media, he launched the Life As A Gringo podcast which tackles life through the vantage point of American-born Latinos who live their lives existing in a gray area. Those who are looked at as a gringo or “too white” by their family back in their native land, but were constantly reminded that their house smelled different or their parents music was “weird” by the people they grew up with. Met with a strong response, the podcast managed to crack the top 100 Society & Culture podcasts in the world in its first month.
Armed with a “purpose over paycheck” mentality, Dramos uses his platforms to deliver honest and raw commentary on the state of the world with the ultimate goal of being a positive influence and advocate for his community. From pop culture to the many injustices that plague the Black and Brown communities, Dramos continues to prove himself to be a well informed, and much needed, unapologetic voice for today’s media.

The Bad Bunny Effect: Why Authenticity Is the New Currency
In an era when anyone can access the same technology, trends and information, originality has become one of the few advantages that cannot be easily replicated.
Using Bad Bunny's rise as a cultural case study alongside his own unconventional career across radio, music, podcasting and entrepreneurship, Dramos explores why the people and organizations creating the greatest impact are not making themselves more digestible. They are becoming more distinct.
This keynote challenges audiences to stop treating authenticity as a marketing tactic and begin using it as a framework for decision-making, leadership and innovation. Dramos demonstrates how lived experience, cultural perspective and personal conviction can become competitive advantages in a marketplace increasingly filled with imitation.
Key Takeaways:
- Identify the experiences and perspectives that make your work difficult to copy.
- Understand why distinctiveness is becoming more valuable as technology democratizes access and execution.
- Learn how to build trust by aligning your decisions, communication and work with a clearly defined point of view.
- Develop the confidence to stop chasing every trend and begin creating from a stronger sense of identity.

Belonging Is Built: Creating a Culture People Actually Want to Be Part Of
Company culture is not a mission statement, a team-building exercise or a collection of corporate values displayed on a wall. It is the experience people have when they enter the room.
Drawing from his experience building audiences, creative teams, live events and culturally connected communities, Dramos explains why belonging must be intentionally created through trust, shared purpose, communication and meaningful participation.
This keynote moves beyond traditional conversations about workplace inclusion and focuses on the practical behaviors that make people feel invested in a team. Dramos shows leaders and employees how to create environments where people feel seen, understand why their work matters and are empowered to contribute their full perspective.
Key Takeaways
- Understand the difference between being included and genuinely feeling invested.
- Create shared purpose that connects individual responsibilities to a larger mission.
- Build trust through consistency, transparency and clear communication.
- Recognize how leaders shape culture through everyday behavior, not corporate messaging.
- Give employees and team members meaningful ownership in the culture they are helping create.
