Jennifer Hamady is a keynote speaker, author, board-certified psychotherapist, and leadership consultant whose work focuses on the intersection of psychology, performance, and organizational communication. With a background in classical vocal performance and psychology, Hamady helps corporate leaders and teams bridge the gap between technical skill and emotional intelligence, addressing barriers to effective communication and organizational results. Before entering the corporate and clinical sectors, Hamady had a career as a professional performer. She toured internationally as a lead singer with Cirque du Soleil's DELIRIUM and provided backup vocals for artists and television programs including Stevie Wonder, Christina Aguilera, Patti LaBelle, Wyclef Jean, Def Leppard, Jessica Simpson, Smokey Robinson, The Grammys, American Idol, David Letterman, Good Morning America, and The Tonight Show.
