  In this session we'll break down what a framework is, and take a deep dive into the Never Enough framework. From there, we'll explore how ""Never Enough"" impacts your every-day life. You'll get a clear picture on how everything

  • time, money, relationships, self-worth, confidence, parenting, etc. can all be dictated by this framework. Finally, we'll look at some ways to shift perspectives or get out of the Never Enough framework.

  Outcomes:

  1. Identify frameworks and understand how they shape our experience of life.

  2. Spot Never Enough as a framework and understand the impact of this way of experiencing the world.

  3. Have a few techniques for getting out of Never Enough and into something more empowering.

• What is Well-Being

  This session is designed to give attendees a more complete understanding of well-being, and how well-being affects not just one's day-to-day life, but also sets the foundation for your future. In this session we make the case for prioritizing well-being, navigating the costs of neglecting well-being, and then creating a definition of well-being that serves people wholistically.

  Outcomes:

  1. Participants will be able to identify signs that their (or their colleagues) well-being could use attention.

  2. Participants will gain an inventory tool on how to self-measure well-being.
