Patricia Souza Holbrook Biography

Patricia Holbrook is the president of "Soaring with Him Ministries", a faith columnist, international speaker, author, podcaster and bible teacher.

Her passion for challenging her audience’s faith and walk with God has quickly made her ministry’s website a popular place for people from all over the globe. Her weekly devotionals and newspaper columns have been translated into Spanish and Portuguese.

Since 2012, Holbrook has been featured as a faith columnist for the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The AJC is the largest newspaper in the South, reaching 2.3 million readers weekly in Georgia, Alabama and north of Florida. She is also a guest writer for Christian magazines and blogs, and a content contributor for iDisciple, the popular app originally developed by nationwide retailer Family Christian stores, engaging more than 160,000 subscribers daily around the globe.

Holbrook’s first book, “Twelve Inches - Bridging the Gap between what you know about God and how you feel” was published in 2015 and ranked as #1 in sales in the Amazon Christian Living category for nine weeks.

In 2016, Holbrook’s ministry launched the first She Soars Women’s conference, a one-day event featuring dynamic speakers and worship, with a mission to “instill a renewed love and commitment to God's Word in the heart of His women.”

Holbrook’s sense of humor and practical, biblically-sound teaching has also made her a sought-after keynote speaker at women’s events nationwide, as well as internationally.

In March 2022, Holbrook has launched her podcast, “God-Sized Stories with Patricia Holbrook,” where she interviews actors, actresses, movie directors and some of the most known best-selling authors in America.

Holbrook is originally from Brazil and has lived in the United States since 1999. She lives in Georgia with her husband Steve and their two daughters.
