Craig B. Whelden Biography

Craig spent 30 years in the U.S. Army and another nine as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) with the U.S. Marine Corps. Along the way, he led soldiers, sailors, and marines at each level – from lieutenant…to General Officer…to Senior Executive – while serving 10 years in Europe and another 12 in the Pacific.

Approaching retirement, he was asked “What do you want to do next? His response was simple but straightforward: “I want to give back decades of leadership and life lessons to the next generation.”

Craig made that transition in 2019 and started to “climb a new mountain” – as an author and speaker.
