Jenny Arden is Chief Design Officer at Zillow Group brands where she leads product design and research, supporting the development of innovative new products and improving the Zillow user experience with high-quality design. She is focused on fostering a customer-focused culture, creating world-class digital experiences, and ultimately solving user pain points so they can unlock life's next chapter.
Arden is a veteran design leader known for bringing new, large-scale initiatives to life. Over her 20-year career, Arden has served on design leadership teams at Nike, Lyft and Airbnb and executed design projects for Google, IDEO, Razorfish, JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs. Her multifaceted experience spans consumer technology, user experience, brand, business strategy, and financial services.
Arden earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Brown University. She also completed executive education in leadership and business at Harvard Business School.
