Paul Figueroa, the founder of Peace Enforcement LLC, is an award wining international speaker, trainer and facilitator. He is an expert at helping adults and companies move through the challenges they are facing and creating the positive changes they want.
He has over 29 years experience in helping people better themselves. For twelve years, he worked as a police officer and detective with the King County Sheriff's Department in Seattle, WA. Drawing on this experience, Paul re-channeled his efforts, created Peace Enforcement LLC and has been working to positively impact the lives of people and companies ever since.
Today, he speaks to and trains HR personnel, management, staff and CEO's in his groundbreaking and highly successful approaches. His audio CD Compassionate Leadership is packed full of positive ways to create change in any organization. He is a member of the consultant pool for the University of Washington, and his company has a Master Contract with the Washington State Department of Personnel.
