Andy Lee serves as Aetna’s Chief Mindfulness Officer. In this role, he seeks to create a deeply rooted, mindful culture at Aetna that serves as an example other companies to emulate. Andy is a recognized expert in mindfulness training and program development. In 2010, he founded Working Mindfully, offering customized mindfulness training programs and mindfulness-based executive coaching. He was also a senior consultant with The Potential Project, the global leader in workplace mindfulness training.

Before embracing mindfulness as a career focus, Andy held senior talent management roles with corporations including Capital One, Viacom, and Merrill Lynch. He holds an MA in organizational psychology, and has trained in mindfulness facilitation at the UMass Center for Mindfulness.
