Paul Anka

Paul Anka, a Canadian-American singer, songwriter, and actor, started his career in 1955. With a career spanning over seven decades, Anka has left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry. Known for his songwriting prowess, he penned the theme for "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" and the English lyrics for Frank Sinatra's iconic song "My Way." His collaborations include working with renowned artists such as Michael Jackson on songs like "This Is It," "Love Never Felt So Good," and "It Doesn't Matter Anymore." His acting pursuits led him to roles in films like "The Longest Day" and television shows such as "That '70s Show" and "Gilmore Girls."

His musical journey has taken him to international stages, including Gröna Lund in Stockholm in 1959. Anka's dedication to his craft is evident in his continued performances through 2024. His discography, which includes albums like "Rock Swings" and "Classic Songs, My Way," showcases his versatility, with big-band arrangements of contemporary rock songs.
