Mark L. Walberg

Mark L. Walberg is an American television personality, actor, and producer known for his extensive work across the television industry. Walberg began his career as a production assistant at Dick Clark Productions before moving in front of the camera as the announcer for the game show "Shop 'Til You Drop." He later hosted ESPN's "Burnt Toast," an extreme sports magazine show, which led to his role as host of the nationally syndicated "The Mark Walberg Show."

Walberg became the host of "Antiques Roadshow" on PBS, joining the team for Season 10 and ultimately becoming the longest-running host of the American version of the show. As host, he contributed to the program's status as PBS' highest-rated original prime-time show, connecting audiences with the history and stories behind appraised objects. Walberg also wrote the foreword to "Antiques Roadshow Behind the Scenes: An Insider's Guide to PBS's #1 Weekly Show" by Marsha Bemko, offering insights into the show's production and appraisal processes.

In addition to "Antiques Roadshow," Walberg is recognized for hosting "Temptation Island," "Russian Roulette" on GSN, and "The Moment of Truth" on Fox.
